Installation with a front-mounted shutter box

Installation with built-in shutter box of the SB-I series

Main feature of this installation type is the concealed mounting of the shutter box in the building facade. These installation options require special gaps in the brick beam to be designed in the course of construction for installation of a rolling grill shutter box.

Profiles for rolling grills

Wide range of profiles for rolling grills (grillwork , reinforcer single-and double-skinned) provide various combinations of profiles taking into account customer's preferences and opening size.

Combination of AEG56 grill profiles with AEG30/S double-skilled reinforce profiles ensures increased strength and additional stability of the grill curtain, thus enabling installation of the grill in a wider opening.

AEG30/S reinforcer profile is designed to connect the curtain with the tube and provides protection against unauthorized grill raising in closed mode.

AER56 single-skinned profile prevents litter from getting behind the grill when installed in the lower part of the curtain and increases the structure rigidity in general.

End slats

Wind range of end slats enables the choice of both economy version (ES7) and profiles that can be equipped with RL key lock (ESR60 and ESR60R). Two design options of key lock profiles are offered for installation of the key lock both from outside and inside depending on the installation type and customer's preferences.

Guide rails

Alutech offers several types of guide rails for rolling grills made of AEG56:

  • Standard guide rails (GR70x26, GRM65x26, GRM66x27E/IE/BE, GR75x27E/IE/BE) are used for standard grill structures with specified basic requirements.
  • Reinforced guide rails (GR75x27/S) have got thicker walls and are used in rolling grilles to increase anti-burglar protection of premises.

Alutech produces a wide range of shutter boxes of various standard sizes: 20- and 45-degree, round and quarter-round.

The movable carriages are designed to be installed into end caps and ensure smooth entry of the rolling grill curtain into the guide rails.

Octagonal roll tubes

Octagonal roll tubes are made of high quality galvanized steel. The roll tubes have got perforated openings for retainer springs.

Wide range of drives/motors and accessories to operate rolling grills provides opportunities to select the best control option: classic hand operator , as well as more convenient and up-to-date solution – multifunctional electric motors with smart control systems.
