Roller shutter profiles

Depending on the requirements to break-in protection, thermal and sound insulation, Alutech offers two types of profiles: roll-formed profiles with foam insulation and extruded profiles.

The roll-formed profiles range includes 7 standards sizes of theprofiles: AR/37, AR/40 (ARH/40), AR/41, AR/45, AR/52, AR/55m, AR/55 (ARH/55) in 20 colors. Roll-formed profiles options: with standard or high density foam insulation, perforated and non-perforated. The profiles feature good thermal and sound insulation properties.

Range of the extruded profiles includes 3sizes of profiles : AER42, AER44/S, AER55/S. Roller shutter systems made of such profiles feature increased break-in protection due to high wall thickness and reinforcing rib.

Wide range of profiles makes it possible to install roller shutters in openings up to 5.5 m wide with surface area up to 14 m².

End slats

Alutech offers a wide range of end slats for roller shutter systems depending on the size of a used box and roller shutter locking option – 7 types in total.

• Universal end slats (5types)
• Key lock profiles (2 types). They are designed to install RL key lock or hand latch locks to lock roller shutters with key or, respectively, latch.
• Locking profiles enable installation of the key lock both from the outside and inside depending on the installation type and customer’s preferences. They also enable installation of key lock profiles with the lock above the end lath of the roller shutter curtain, which reduces dust and dirtiness penetration into the lock in the course of operation.

Guide rails

Wide range of Alutech guide rails (over 20 standard sizes) enables selection of guide rails for roller shutters installed in any opening, taking into account requirements to break-in protection and opening peculiarities.

• Standard guide rails. These are classic guide rails used for standard roller shutter systems with basic requirements to roller shutters.
• Reinforced guide rails. Have thicker walls as compared to standard guide rails. They are used in roller shutter systems to increase anti-burglar protection of the premises.
• Doubled guide rails. These are used to combine two or more roller shutters and to divide wide openings, thus reducing the system cost.
• Distance guide rails. These are used to distance roller shutters from window and door openings. Increase thermal and sound insulation.
• Angle guide rails. They are used to facilitate installation of roller shutters in the openings with a thermal insulation layer. Also the rails are suitable for distancing from windows/doors.

Most of the Alutech guide rails are supplied with pressed in PVC and brush inserts and guide rail end pieces. Such inserts do not fall out of the guide rails while in operation. Use of the guide rails saves time during roller shutters’ assembly. Brush-inserts ensure additional noise insulation and dust protection.

Shutter boxes and end caps

Alutech Group of companies is the only manufacturer in the CIS market that offers the widest range of shutter boxes and end caps:

• 20- and 45-degree;
• Round and quarter-round;
• built-in shutter boxes.

Wide choice of standard sizes (from 125 to 405 mm) makes it possible to install roller shutters in openings of any size.

SB-I series built-in box is an “invisible” box concealed in the window or door opening niche. Due to installation of the box inside the opening, the entire roller shutter system matches the facade of any building: historical areas, office buildings.

Roller shutter control systems

Alutech produces a wide range of manual drives to control roller shutters.

• hand strap operation (up to 15 kg);
• hand rope operation (up to 15 kg);
• rope gear operation (up to 20 kg);
• crank operation (up to 35 kg);
• cord operation (up to 80 kg);
• assist and push-up spring (from 6 to 80 kg).

All molding parts: plastic cases of coilers, pulleys, caps, guides for strap, rope and cord have a precise form without flow mottle.

Alutech also produces roller shutter electric motors under AN-Motors trademark. Besides, Alutech offers convenient and up-to-date solutions for roller shutter control units from the recognized trademarks: Somfy, Nice, Nero Electronics – multifunctional electric motors with smart control systems. These are motors with built-in wireless control units, obstacle detection system, manual emergency override system; a wide range of control elements – from simple wall-mounted switches to smart control systems: programmable timers, light and thermal sensors, wind and rain sensors.
