The range of profiles includes aluminum roll-formed profiles with high density or standard density foam insulation, and extruded aluminum profiles with windows and vents. Profiles with windows provide partial visibility and lightning of the room, while profiles with vents ensure additional air exchange.
Alutech offers various end slats for roller garage doors: universal and key lock profiles, 4 standard sizes in total. Key lock profiles are designed for the installation of RL/77 key lock to block the door with a key. The lock can be installed either from outside or inside of the premise.
The range of Alutech guide rails for roller garage doors provides opportunities to select economy budget solution for small openings – GR70x34IE(BE) guide rail, or guide rails with a larger opening size designed for the run of the roller garage door curtain for wide openings – GR90x35 and GR90x354IE. Besides, GR90x34IE guide rail is fitted with an additional brush-insert that ensures better sound insulation and dust protection.
Main design peculiarity of these products is application of universal roller carriages, thus ensuring:
Roller carriages are installed into end caps. Maximum admissible weight of the curtain is 120 kg.
Steel end caps SF360/S with built-in roller carriages are used for installation of roller garage doors together with SB45/360 shutter box. BRC console is used for installation without shutter box. Maximum admissible weight of the curtain is 200 kg.
Equiping roller garage doors with adjustable caps and safety brakes provides protection against breakage and collapse of the door curtain if the electric motor’s reducing motion fails. It provides additional protection and operational safety of roller garage doors with a heavy-weight curtain.
Alutech door systems equipped with safety edge system, NHK electric motor and safety brake comply with all requirements of the European safety standards EN 12453, EN 12604.
The safety edge system (“sensitive edge”) is one of the main safety systems ofroller garage doors. When the lower edge of the door curtain meets an obstacle, e.g. a car, a human being, etc., the system stops the door movement and then reverses the movement.
