Maximum width of industrial sectional doors ProPlus is 8 m, maximum height – 7 m, weight – 700 kg. Operational safety remains critically important for such doors.

Alutech sectional doors meet all the requirements of European safety standards (EN 12604, EN 12453).

The standard set of industrial doors includes spring and rope breakage protection systems (no extra surcharge):

• each torsion spring is equipped with a special device that soundly fixes the door leaf in case of spring breakage;
• special bottom roller brackets are applied which prevents the leaf from lowering or collapsing in case the rope is torn or its tension is reduced.

The spring system balances the door leaf in any position. Design of the tracks and rollers prevents spontaneous falling out of the rollers from the tracks. This ensures a reliable protection against uncontrolled movement of the door leaf.

The sandwich panel design ensures protection against finger jamming between panels, as well as between the door leaf and vertical track.

An anti-jacking system additionally secures from a break-in. In case of an illegal jacking attempt the protection device reliably blocks the door leaf and prevents from a break-in.

Automated industrial doors are equipped with special safety system. And if a sectional door touches any obstacle it will stop automatically.

Alutech industrial doors meet the requirements of EU civil engineering directives with regard to the products safety as confirmed by test protocols issued by the European accredited laboratory. Declarations of conformity prepared on the basis of the issued protocols make it possible to mark Alutech doors with CE label.
