Main features of ALT115 system:

• Multi-use clip (fig. 2). The clip has three longitudinal grooves with different depth. When coupled with the ledge of a guide the grooves ensure the required gap in the “insert-clip” couple, namely 8, 10 and 12 mm. Thus, one and the same clip is used to install glass panels 8, 10 and 12 mm thick (fig. 1);
• Multi-use insert (fig. 2). The position of the insert before to its insertion into a guiding profile determines either standard or secure (through an opening) variants of glass panels fixation. Thus, the above mentioned installation types are provided by one and the same insert
• M6 x 25 screw DIN7991 is used to clamp glass panels 8 or 10 mm thick;
• M6 x 30 screw DIN7991 is used to clamp glass panels 12 mm thick;
• the glass can be clamped in the required place due to free movement of the insert in the guiding profile groove;
• Fastening plates 1, 2, 3, and 5 mm can be used to compensate floor incline. Through every 300 mm along the entire length of the guide holes have been drilled for self-taping screws with S8 dowel pins (fig. 3);
• 14 colors of anodic treatment (silver, 7 bronze shades, 3 gold shades, purple, turquoise, green) and 4 surface preparation options (natural anodic treatment, sand-blasting, scratching, polishing) provide 56 coating variants of ALT115 profiles;

Additional system features

• Minimal number of insert-clip couples for fixation (on the basis of the loading capacity of one couple) due to structural peculiarities of insert-guide connection;
• symmetry of cover profile lock elements enable its installation at any side, thus providing the maximum assembly convenience;
• full set of end blinds and fastening plates for glass;
• possibility to use the same end blind type for fillings of different thickness (via cutting the blind).
