Aluminum profiles are manufactured at one of the enterprises of ALUTECH Group of Companies – "AluminTechno" plant.
Full production cycle is realized on the plant. This allows us to control the quality of all the manufactured products at all stages of production. Production process includes following stages:
Final surface treatment (powder coating or anodizing);
Customized profiles order placing procedure
It is necessary to provide profile’s drawings with all the sizes and front-face areas marked (for powder coated and anodized profiles), in order to estimate the possibility of profile manufacturing on the plant and prepare the commercial offer. In case there is no drawing available, it is necessary to provide profile sample.
New customized profiles mastering implies research and development works (R&D works), including design documentation preparation, instrument manufacturing (die or a set of dies), profiles extrusion and final shaping, preproduction sample manufacturing.
The term between R&D contract signing and preproduction sample delivery is usually 7-8 weeks. Terms of profiles delivery after preproduction sample acceptance: not later than 3-4 weeks after order placing.
Aluminium profiles are made of EN AW-6060, EN AW-6063 alloys. Our company possesses its own foundry, so it’s also possible to manufacture profiles from different alloys. In this case one-time order shouldn’t be less than 10 tons.
Possible profiles length depending on surface treatment type:
mill finished – 3–7 meters,
powder coated – 4–7 meters,
anodized without additional mechanical treatment (Е6) – 3–7 meters,
anodized with additional mechanical bead-blasting treatment (D6) – 4–7 meters.
Profiles delivery is completed in running meters according to the norm of packing. Minimal quantity of order is 500 kg for each profile type, with minimal annual consumption more than 5 tons.
Profile’s safety during handling operations and transportation is ensured by its packing: the profiles are interlaid with PE foam, wrapped into stretch film and packed into two layers of bubble film.
