ALUTECH Group of Companies offers its clients series of standard profiles (profile system) ALT120. It was specially developed to meet the needs of civil engineering organizations and industrial enterprises in auxilliary profiles and includes more than 25 standard sizes of simply shaped profiles: equal and unequal angles, strip, electrotechnical bar, plain bar, pipes of various modifications, U-profiles.

ALT120 series profiles are commonly used in civil engineering as special mounting parts during edges cladding works, installation of transparent constructions, in the façade profile systems, production of doors and windows. They are often used as component parts for trading and exhibition equipment (shop windows, counters, exhibit booths), for the production of promotional structures, furniture, partition walls, refrigerating machinery, elevators.

ALT120 series profiles are made of EN AW-6060, EN AW-6063, AD31, AD0 alloys. Primary A7 grade aluminum is used. Our own production sight allows us to provide a more flexible approach to customers’ requests, taking into account their specific requirements to the design of every item and ensuring fulfillment of any order, even the most non-typical, within the shortest time possible.

The plant offers electrotechnical bar produced from AD31 and AD0 alloys for enterprises producing electric equipment. According to GOST 15176-89 the aluminum electrotechnical bar is used as current conducting element in electric circuits, electrical units (transformers, electric cabinets and switchboards), also for grounding.

The profiles can be powder coated into any RAL color, upon customer’s request, they can also be anodized and mechanically treated before anodizing.

Quality of extruded profiles meets the requirements of GOST 22233-201, EN 755-1, EN 755-2, and EN 12020 standards.
