Alutech-Sibir LLC is a modern manufacturing site specialized in production of roller shutters, sectional doors and entrance gates. The company also supplies aluminum profiles, kitting and accessories, drives and control systems for doors and roller shutters.

• Total production area of the company together with warehouses is about 10 000 sq.m.
• Producing capacity – 25 000 sectional and 3000 entrance gates a year.

Alutech-Sibir LLC specializes in assembling doors and roller shutter systems as well as sectional doors painting. The site is equipped with the latest automated production lines which allow controlling the quality of products on all manufacturing stages. Alutech-Sibir production corresponds to international quality standards which is confirmed with tests conducted in Western Europe accredited laboratories.

• Swinging and sliding gates ADS400;
• Roller shutter systems;
• Different kitting and accessories for doors and roller shutters.

ALUTECH production is supplied to the markets of Sibir, Far Eastern and Ural Federal regions of the Russian Federation.

Production process

At the present moment the plant is equipped with:

• Two modern automated lines for door leaf production. The lines are operated with software which allows to minimize the human factor;
• Production areas for track systems applied in sectional doors. The shops are fitted with high-tech equipment Bollhoff (Germany) based on the connection technology of self-penetrating rivets RIVSET;
• Painting cell for sectional doors which includes preliminary preparation of the panels and the painting booth. The modern technology based on application of industrial high-quality paints Tikkurila ensures long endurance of the paint-and-lacquer coating;
• Production areas for roller shutters, entrance gates and side doors, panoramic sections from aluminum profiles of Alutech domestic manufacturing.
