«AluminTechno» is one of the largest factories in Eastern Europe producing extruded aluminium profiles and performing powder coating and anodic treatment.

    Production space is 40,000 m²

    • 45,000 tons of extruded profiles per year;
    • more than 35,000 tons of powder coated profiles per year;
    • more than 10,000 tons of anodised profiles per year

    Production

    «AluminTechno» implements a complete manufacturing cycle. This begins with melting of primary aluminium and ends up with extruded profiles production, their coating and treatment. The plant is fitted with equipment from the world’s leading manufacturers from the USA, Germany, Italy, Great Britain, Canada and some other countries. The main components that make up the production facilities of «AluminTechno» are:

    • A new foundry shop including two melting furnaces (capacity 35 tons each); a mixer (capacity 30 tons) for alloying aluminium; a hydraulic casting machine; automatic lines for facing and marking of ingots; an automatic stacker/destacker of ingots; two homogenising furnaces and a cooling chamber.
    • 6 high-tech extrusion lines (two 5-inch, three 7-inch, one 9-inch) provide a high compression rate, giving consistency of dimensions and mechanical properties to the profiles.
    • Two advanced powder coating lines with chrome-free technology for surface pre-treatment, a system for rapid colour changing (within 15 minutes), automatic temperature adjustment and polymerisation process control. This high-tech equipment ensures an even and high quality coating with high thermal, UV and corrosion resistance.
    • Having the largest capacity anodising facility in Eastern Europe (two plants) allows production of aluminium profiles with four types of surface treatment and nine different colours of anodising. Production capacity – 10,000 tons of profiles per year. The lines allow processing profiles up to 7.2 metres in length.

    Additional equipment for mechanical preparation of the surface is used to create a variety of decorative effects: brushing, bead blasting, polishing.

    «AluminTechno» products have been certified in compliance with the requirements of national standards in Russia, Belarus, as well as European and US standards. Quality of the extruded profiles meets the requirements of DIN17615, EN 755-1, EN 755-2 and EN 12020 standards. Aluminium profiles with thermal break are being certified according to NF 252 at CSTB. Technical performances of curtain wall, window and door systems are proven by the test reports of ift Rosenheim, CWCT, TZUS and CSTB in compliance with CE requirements. Curtain walls and thermally broken windows are certified according to AAMA and TAS standards in the USA.

    Aluminium extruded profiles manufactured by «AluminTechno» are the only in Eastern Europe whose coating quality has been simultaneously confirmed by Swiss certificates: Qualicoat/Seaside and Qualanod.

    • Qualicoat certificate is the international quality mark for lacquer coated products used in architectural construction.
    • Seaside Certificate (an addendum to Qualicoat certificate) is the international quality mark confirming lacquer coat resistance of aluminium products to atmospheric exposure in regions with a marine climate.
    • Qualanod certificate is an international quality mark for anodic coating of products used in architectural construction.

    The «AluminTechno» factory employs quality control at all production stages, intelligently arranged logistics and highly qualified personnel. Application of the latest technologies and up-to-date automated equipment enables production in compliance with EU standards, including manufacturing of bespoke aluminium profiles based on customer’s drawings.
